Our digital tuning files (firmware/software) are intended exclusively for use on private property without public traffic (e.g. your own premises or secured areas with the owner's permission).
Use on public roads, cycle paths, pavements or other public traffic areas is expressly not intended, not permitted and may violate approval, insurance and criminal laws.
We do not sell road approval, type approval or any guarantee of achievable top speed or technical operation.
Installation, configuration and use are solely the customer's responsibility. The customer must ensure they are authorised to modify the vehicle and comply with all applicable laws.
UrbanBoost is not liable – to the extent permitted by law – for damage from unlawful use, use in public areas, faulty installation or safety risks (e.g. battery, motor, brakes).
